Good website, very prompt delivery, easy assembly, does exactly what I wanted.

Love the storage and ease with setting the shelving up.

I ordered some shelving units and work benches. Having looked at cheaper options I decided upon Tufferman. It would be right to say there was an issue with the order (the workbenches were damaged in transit at the hands of the courier) and were stopped before reaching me. However, the shortfall was immediately sorted out by the Sales Team at Tufferman's who could not have been more helpful, and the replacement benches were sent by next working day delivery. I cannot fault the actions taken by the company to put right what was not of the company's making.
In terms of assembly and quality I am very happy with the shelving and benches ordered - the shelving is a lot more resilient than other perhaps more well known names. There is no question I will return to the company to order up a selection of the storage and containers on offer and perhaps some of the tool racks...

I ordered some shelving and workbenches from Tufferman and it would be right to say not everything I ordered arrived at the first time of asking. However, after making contact the customer service team at Tufferman apologised and explained the issue. A few hours later I was advised a replacement for the missing items was dispatched by express delivery. In terms of the items purchased the quality is great and I’m very happy with both goods received and customer service displayed. Thanks Tufferman.

Item arrived on time and the packaging was fine. The shelving unit was easy to install and is solid. I would recommend going for the 500kg shelves.
