For standard deliveries couriers are contacted to deliver to the door and will not enter your property. 

All pallet deliveries are kerbside and the driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.

If a large order that requires palletisation is placed after 12pm it may be subject to a 24 hour delay due to processing times.

The following postcode ranges are classified as non-UK mainland by our couriers: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, IM, ZE, and DD. (Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey at this time).

Please ensure that you check the contents of your order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to sales@tufferman.co.uk within 7 days of the order being placed. Photos of any damaged items will be required.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will collect the item and either replace the item for you or refund you in full. In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 28 working days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. However please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items

Very Pore Customer Service

I ordered the heavy duty shelving for a unit I’m shelving out two sets of 2 costing over £500 pounds
The shelving itself self is very good quality and should last for years
I decided that I would like a set of 4 spare uprights ( incase of accident or safety reasons)
So when on line but could only find the cheaper light weight uprights
So had a online chat so ask about them
I explained that I could only see the cheaper ones but I needed the heavy duty ones
She said no we don’t sell them .
I said ok can I purchase them els were
She said NO we are the sole importers .
I asked why do you only sell the cheapest ones as spears
She then stoped the on line chat !
That was it end of discussion they also blocked me opening up a chat agin as well
I think the product it’s self is good but sadly TUFFERMAN are untrustworthy
I still needed more shelving but not from Tufferman
They have no customer service at all
Read their feedback I wish I had
This seams normal practice for them grab the money sod the customer

Basic racking at best

Given the payload rating these are incredibly flimsy storage racks which were not the easiest to construct given the description to the contrary. Ours arrived with numerous broken parts (which are in the process of being replaced having had to chase Customer Services to get a response).
We have now incurred additional installation costs which garnered zero assistance from Tufferman so please be warned.
Overall poor quality given the price.
