For standard deliveries couriers are contacted to deliver to the door and will not enter your property. 

All pallet deliveries are kerbside and the driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.

If a large order that requires palletisation is placed after 12pm it may be subject to a 24 hour delay due to processing times.

The following postcode ranges are classified as non-UK mainland by our couriers: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, IM, ZE, and DD. (Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey at this time).

Please ensure that you check the contents of your order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to sales@tufferman.co.uk within 7 days of the order being placed. Photos of any damaged items will be required.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will collect the item and either replace the item for you or refund you in full. In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 28 working days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. However please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items

These are great shelves. Easy to assemble by 2 people even though each piece is quite heavy. Only bugbear for me is some of the lugs on the shelf cross supports were difficult to lock in, otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Super quick delivery. Shelves super sturdy, easy to assemble, very heavy, make sure you will have help to put them together, you can do it alone but will take a bit longer. Really pleased, will be returning for more units

Good product, awful delivery

The product itself is good and very strong. There are some printed instructions somewhere in one of the packages. The horizontal mid shelf supports can be a but tricky to get the tabs in correctly and seem a bit flimsy but probably work fine when loaded.
The delivery was awful, the driver just backed up and threw the packages out back. Some did sustain damage which cut through to the metal itself, but I wanted to assemble that day so did not make a fuss.
