All pallet deliveries are kerbside and the driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will collect the item and either replace the item for you or refund you in full. In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 28 working days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. However please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items

Received the two parcels ,when the delivery driver took one out of the van the product fell out of the box as it had been open and poorly taped back .
Second box was also damaged. On checking the tables the corner of the table tops on both packages were slightly damage . I decided it was not worth complaining as I would have to repack to return them. Had it not been for the above problem the tables are good strong and exactly what I wanted for the work shop. They need to pack product correctly and if they are send out returns put new packaging on the goods.

Good quality for the price

I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the bench is, it was very easy to assemble however the chipboards were slightly too long so required a bit of sanding to get them to fit, hence the 4* rating. Considering the price this is a great option and I would definitely consider buying this brand in future.

Benches are really good value.
The courier damaged the boxes quite badly, rendering some of the chipboard unusable.
Replacements were sent the same day, excellent customer service.

Minor damage occurred due to delivery, The courier company you use should treat your very good product with a bit more care.
